What's the catch?
There isn't one. You only pay when we've booked a job for you. If nobody goes ahead, you pay nothing.
Is it legal to contact my old customers?
We check before anyone's contacted: where each contact came from, whether they were offered an opt-out when they gave you their details, and whether their number is on the do-not-call register. Then we only use the channels the rules allow. We'll also sign a short agreement covering how we handle your data.
Will my customers mind?
We keep it polite, spaced out and in your company's voice, and we stop the moment anyone says no. You approve the wording first.
How much does it cost?
A fixed fee per job, agreed with you before anything goes out. No upfront fee, no monthly fee, no contract, and nothing at all if nobody goes ahead.
When do I pay?
When we've confirmed a booking in writing with you and your customer. If the customer cancels before the work starts, the fee goes towards your next booking — or we refund it if there isn't one within six months.
What counts as a booked job?
A customer confirming a date in your diary. We then confirm it in writing with you and your customer, and that's when the fee applies.
Do you find new customers or quote jobs?
No. We only follow up your own quotes and past customers. Pricing and the work stay with you.
I'm a subcontractor — is this for me?
Probably not. It's for firms who quote their own jobs.
What do you need from me?
Your list — even if it's messy — and around 20 minutes to go through it.
What happens after I message?
We'll have a quick chat to see if it fits. If it does, you send 20 old quotes, and we check them and agree the wording with you before anything goes out.
